• Roller, hinge, and track repair
• Emergency garage door dispatch (24/7)

We reserve the right to refuse service if the repair is unsafe, if parts are obsolete, or if the door system is beyond repair.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All cost estimates provided through our website, phone, or in person are approximate and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed by the technician after an on-site inspection. Upfront pricing is provided before any work begins. If you decline the repair after the estimate, a service call fee may apply.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability in the Covington area. We strive for 60-minute response times for emergency calls, but wait times may vary during peak hours or severe weather. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (985) 590-4232 at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. All repairs include a warranty on labor, and replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims, contact us at (985) 590-4232 with your service receipt.

6. Liability Limitations

Covington Garage Door Repairs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from garage door repair services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by prior improper repairs.

8. Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency dispatch is available for urgent garage door issues that pose safety or security risks, such as doors stuck open, broken springs preventing the door from closing, or doors off-track. Emergency service calls may carry an additional after-hours fee, which will be disclosed before dispatch.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
